Payment Options

Payment is due at the time service is rendered. We accept cash, checks and Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We have a partnership with CareCredit, which offers various monthly payment options specifically designed for healthcare. CareCredit is endorsed by the American Dental Association. These payment options can be used for treatment and procedures not covered by insurance.

We also suggest utilizing your financial institution’s bill payment service. This will eliminate the need for handwritten checks that need to be mailed.

Dental Insurance

Franklin Park Dental is now an in-network provider for Cigna PPO and Guardian Insurance companies.  We accept most other dental insurance plans. We will estimate your portion and ask you to pay that amount at the time of service.

As a service to our patients, we will bill their insurance company if all necessary information is provided to us. We are committed to providing excellent dental care to all of our patients.
